1. Service Description

SMS Budget AI provides users with an AI-powered budgeting assistant via SMS. Users can:

Add income and expenses to track their finances.
Ask AI financial-related questions based on submitted data (text, audio, or pictures).

This service is designed exclusively for personal finance tracking and not for any other AI interactions.

SMS Budget AI operates on a monthly subscription model.
Users are billed every month to maintain access to the service.
The main account holder can add up to four (4) additional family members, allowing them to share budget categories under the same account.

Users must provide accurate financial data for better budgeting insights.
Users must not misuse the service by attempting to:
- Extract data from other users.
- Ask the AI non-financial questions.
- Trick the AI into providing unauthorized information.
Any misuse will result in permanent suspension from the service.

SMS Budget AI provides financial insights but does not provide financial advice. Users should consult a professional for financial decisions.
AI can make mistakes. Users are responsible for reviewing their data and reporting any inconsistencies to help@smsbudgetai.com.
SMS Budget AI is not liable for any financial losses resulting from the use of its services. Users should double-check all AI-generated insights before making financial decisions.

SMS Budget AI reserves the right to terminate any account for misuse, including:
- Using the AI for anything other than personal finance tracking.
- Generating an unreasonable number of AI queries beyond normal usage.
The standard transaction limit is 200 entries per month (income, expenses, or queries).
- Any usage exceeding this limit will be audited for potential abuse.

Users can cancel their subscription at any time, but refunds will not be issued if:
- The user has accessed the AI for two (2) or more days in a billing cycle.
